Achieving Goals
Why is it so hard to achieve our goals in fitness? The answer may seem crazy for some or simple in the eyes of others, and the reality comes to each individual. We all have different lives and challenges! Poor Organization, lack of Commitment, and deficiency in a Realistic Approach tend to be the leaders or main common f actors associated with non-achieved goals. There is a strategy well known as START goals that can also be used to manage a better approach toward achieving the goals we seek. Identifying our goals is the first step toward achieving everything we want. The goals must be specific, which means you should use concrete action verbs: "I want to lose 10 pounds, and increase my strength within three months, so I can move better and have more energy".
